Who I Am

My name is Suhaiba Neill and I am a systems specialist and the master of the checklist. After watching my daughter (pictured with me) solve all sorts of puzzles over the years, it finally occurred to me that my brain likes to solve puzzles too. In my world that translates into organizing the day to day operations of a  service-based business while also looking ahead and planning for the future (IN and ON).

When creating a new system, my goal is to make it easy and repeatable so anyone can follow it. Creating and training your team to use the same system every – single – time  increases the chances of achieving your desired outcome – because the true key to success is not perfection, it’s consistency.

What I Do

I love to learn and I love to share what I’ve learned with others even more. It was from this love of being helpful to others that The Full Circle Business was born. The idea turned into a test case, which uncovered a greater need within the service-based business arena.

Now, I help small business owners calm the chaos that often comes with running a service-based company. How exactly? By evaluating the structure and implementing systems and processes to create consistent results. The goal –  organic growth with a strategic mindset.

A Little More About Me

I was born, raised, and still reside in the suburbs of Philadelphia. As a true Philadelphian, I am a full-blooded sports fan – so much so that I began my career with the Philadelphia 76ers before joining the family business.

I also come from a long line of entrepreneurs. When I’m not working at my full-time job or in/on my own business, you might spot me traveling the country with my daughter, catch me in the kitchen whipping up something delicious, or curled up with a good book at the end of most days. Oh, and I love to write. Be sure to check out my blog for ideas and insights gleaned from both reading and attending conferences and events over the years.
