TFCB Daily To Do List

Here’s a simple trick I learned years ago that lets me leave my desk at the end of every day without worrying about what I have to do tomorrow. Before you call it a day make a “to do” list for tomorrow. List your to do’s in order of importance, and be sure to include any meetings or appointments as well. Now your brain can rest (seriously, there are scientific studies about this) and you can enjoy your night without the stress of remembering everything you have to get done. Repeat daily for optimal results and efficiency.

One last tip, print this double-sided to save paper and also easily flip back to see what needs to move to tomorrow’s list.
